1642 Commerce Avenue is located in Kelowna's Mill Creek Commerce Park. Welbec Properties is landlord to BC Housing in a project to provide affordable housing to low income residents in Kelowna. When completed, 1642 Commerce Ave. will have 55 supportive housing units managed by John Howard Society.
